Estimate.
Next, we come by for a free estimate. We get an idea of what your home needs and present you with the information. You will be shown all the best materials in the industry and let you decide based on color, brand, and warranty.
Contract.
Your time matters. When you are ready, we’ll schedule an appointment to sign the contract. Installing a new roof can be a big commitment. Because of that we have an initial and a later payment date to make it easier for you. Based on weather conditions, we schedule the soonest start date for the job.
Secure and Clean.
Your property matters. We take all measures to protect your gardens and surrounding area from damage before beginning any job. Once your home has been physically secured, we carefully and thoroughly tear off the old roof and clean the excess by the end of each day.
Install.
Excellence matters. At this point we are able to start building that beautiful new roof over your head. New and high quality underlayment, accessories and shingles are professionally installed leaving your home safe from the elements with a 5-year contractor warranty.
